As part of GRAPECA’s activities, the English language information bulletin “Addis Digest” was published between 1995 and 1997 to inform the international community about the political reality in Ethiopia. The editorial line of the bulletin was to provide information and critical analysis on various issues facing the country such as elections, democratic transition, ethnic related political problems, one party system ..etc. The targeted groups were European Union institutions, elected members of parliaments, political parties, journalists, non-governmental organizations.
